The Ministerial Staff Ministry supports and equips our pastors and associate ministers in their leadership, teaching, and service, ensuring they are empowered to shepherd the church effectively and faithfully. In addition, the ministry helps families celebrate the dedication of their babies and honor the memories of loved ones who have passed.
Foundation of Faith Leadership Institute
The Foundation of Faith Leadership Institute is a two-year program that equips emerging Christian leaders with strong character, spiritual maturity, and practical leadership skills. In partnership with Leadership Training International, Inc., the Institute offers a structured course of study that prepares leaders to serve effectively within the church and the broader community.
