Multimedia Ministry
The Multimedia Ministry serves by providing live sound reinforcement, graphic presentations, audio recording and video recording for worship services and other church events; marketing GCFBC goods, services and ministries; creating video presentations and announcements to aid in marketing the church and church events.
Gideon Ministry
The Gideon Ministry exist to provide support for the safe and comfortable accommodation of worshippers, and to train Christian men to be committed models of the Christian faith and service. Their duties include providing safety and comfort support in worship, keeping a count of attendees in worship and bible study, serving the elements for communion, availing themselves where male support is needed for special projects and recruiting candidates to be mentored for this ministry.
Parking Ministry
The Parking Ministry provides hospitality, direction and safety for worshippers upon entering and exiting the parking area. This ministry also serves as the initial contact to first time visitors.
Music Ministry
The Music Ministry leads the congregation in worship and presents the Gospel through the art of vocal and instrumental music. This ministry includes an adult choir, a youth and young adult choir, a male choir and a children’s choir.
Dance Ministries
The Dance Ministries present the Gospel and lead the congregation in worship through the art of Dance. The Dance Ministries are a set of creative dance programs that honor God and inspire the congregation in worship. This ministry includes an adult dance ministry and a children’s dance ministry.
Mime Ministries
The Mime Ministries present the Gospel and lead the congregation in worship through the art of mime. The Mime Ministries minister the gospel message using dramatic techniques of conveying emotions, messages and actions through gestures but without speech and with or without the accompaniment of music. This ministry includes an adult ministry and a children’s ministry.
Hospitality Ministry
The Hospitality Ministry serves by greeting members and guests and welcoming them to the complex for our worship experience, providing directions and information. The Hospitality team is responsible for ensuring that every person entering the church is greeted and that visitors are offered assistance as appropriate so that everyone feels important and welcome.
Usher Ministry
The Usher’s Ministry serves by welcoming worshippers into the sanctuary or overflow area and assisting them with seating; maintaining order throughout the worship experience; directing the flow of traffic in the sanctuary or overflow area; assisting with distribution of information during the service; maintaining the cleanliness of the sanctuary or overflow area.
